Welcome to Instasign, the application that enables you to electronically sign your documents quickly, securely, and easily. By using the app, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Instasign is a digital service that allows users to:
- upload and send documents for signing,
- electronically sign documents in accordance with recognised standards,
- access additional features such as timestamping, custom signatures, document storage, and signature activity tracking.
Instasign processes only the data strictly necessary for the provision of the service, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable privacy regulations.

The app does not store the content of signed documents unless the user explicitly uses a saving feature (e.g., local history, backup).
By using Instasign, the user agrees to:
- use the service by the law and these Terms of Service;
- ensure that the documents uploaded do not contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful content;
- Not misuse the service for fraudulent purposes or activities that may compromise its security or performance.
The user is solely responsible for the documents they choose to upload, sign, or share through the app. Instasign shall not be held liable for the content or legal validity of the documents processed.
Instasign is provided “as is”. While we strive to ensure continuous and accurate service, we do not guarantee the complete absence of errors, bugs, or interruptions.
Under no circumstances shall the service provider be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use of the app.
All trademarks, logos, interfaces, texts, and code present on Instasign are the property of the provider or licensed to them. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. In case of substantial changes, the user will be notified through the app or other official channels.
