Instasign uses the following types of cookies.

a. Technical cookies

Essential for the proper functioning of the platform. These cookies:

• enable secure login;
• manage the user session;
• retain saved preferences (e.g. language or display mode).

They cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the service to work.

b. Anonymous analytics cookies (e.g. Firebase Analytics)

Used to collect aggregated and anonymous statistical information about the use of the app, solely to improve its functionality, stability and performance. These cookies do not allow the user to be identified.

Instasign does not use:

• profiling cookies;
• cookies for marketing or targeted advertising;
• third-party cookies for promotional purposes.

2. Managing cookies

In the web version, the user can:

• accept or reject non-essential cookies through the initial banner;
• change their preferences at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

In the app version, any similar technologies (SDKs, analytics tools) are integrated according to platform guidelines (e.g. Apple and Google), and data collection is anonymous and limited.

3. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. In case of substantial changes, the user will be notified through the app or other official channels.
