Welcome to Instasign, the application that enables you to electronically sign your documents quickly, securely and easily. By using the app you agree to the following Terms of Service: we invite you to read them carefully.

1. Subject of the service

Instasign is a digital service that allows users to:

  • upload and send documents for signing;
  • electronically sign documents in accordance with recognised standards;
  • access additional features such as timestamping, custom signatures, document storage and signature activity tracking.

2. Data processing

Instasign processes only the data strictly necessary to provide the service, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable privacy regulations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

The app does not store the content of signed documents unless the user explicitly uses a saving feature (e.g. local history or backup).

3. User responsibility

By using Instasign, the user agrees to:

  • use the service in accordance with the law and these Terms of Service;
  • ensure that uploaded documents do not contain unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
  • not use the service for fraudulent purposes or for activities that may compromise its security or performance.

The user is solely responsible for the documents they choose to upload, sign or share through the app. Instasign shall not be held liable for the content or legal validity of the documents processed.

4. Limitations of liability

Instasign is provided “as is”. While we strive to ensure a continuous and accurate service, we do not guarantee the complete absence of errors, bugs or interruptions.

Under no circumstances shall the service provider be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the app.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, interfaces, texts and code on Instasign are the property of the provider or licensed to them. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. In case of substantial changes, the user will be notified through the app or other official channels.
