Welcome to the Privacy Policy page of the Instasign app (hereinafter the “app”). In this section we describe how we manage and process the data of users who install and use our app on their mobile devices.
This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) to all individuals who interact with the app, which is available for download on the Google Play Store and the App Store.

The app was designed and developed by Cyberneid s.r.l., headquartered at Via Croce Rossa 21, 80131 Naples (Italy).

The services offered by the app, including all of its features, do not require any form of user registration. The app allows users to electronically sign documents and files using their identity card, passport or SPID.
The app does not store or transmit any personal data of the user to third parties.

Cyberneid may collect strictly anonymous information related to the download and use of the app, such as:
- device type;
- operating system;
- error logs.
These data are collected solely for statistical analysis or to detect technical issues.
The third-party systems and software procedures that distribute the app (App Store and Google Play) may collect certain user-related data. These data are transmitted implicitly through the use of internet communication protocols, smartphones and the devices used.
Cyberneid s.r.l. is not involved in this processing, which is carried out independently by the respective platform owners, and cannot be held responsible for it. We therefore encourage you to review the privacy policies published by Google Play and the App Store.
